COVID-19 Safety Plan
By Dr. Rho Kee
You may see some changes when it is time for your next appointment. We made these changes to help protect our patients and staff.
Changes to how your appointment is handled
- We will contact all patients to ask prescreening questions for symptoms of COVID-19, and review medical history as needed.
- Patients who are higher risk will be advised to defer treatment as necessary.
- More time will be allocated in-between patients to allow for physical distancing and more stringent disinfection protocols.
- Less patients will be seen on an average day.
- Patients will be asked to stay in their cars until clinical staff are ready to see them. If this is not possible, patients are asked to wait in waiting area in marked seating areas which will allow for physical distancing.
- Prescreening questions will be reviewed again upon arrival at the office and patient’s temperature will be taken.
- Masks will be provided on request.
- Plexiglass barriers are in place between admin staff and patients.
- Patient bills and paper work can be handled remotely as needed.
Changes to our facility
- All items on counters and flooring are removed unless absolutely necessary.
- Commonly touched surfaces are disinfected every 2 hours.
- Washrooms will be cleaned and disinfected after every use.
Staff Guidelines

- Staff will be wearing masks at all times (and sometimes a faceshield).
During/after appointment
